Contract Manufacturing Growth Specialist

**Job Description**
As a Contract Manufacturing Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing B2B clients, particularly in industries requiring contract manufacturing services. Your primary focus will be on identifying and securing new clients across the pharmaceuticals, nutritional products, and supplements sectors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and secure B2B clients across the contract manufacturing industry, with a focus on the nutritional and supplement sectors.
* Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
* Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to position the company for competitive advantage.
* Actively network, participate in tradeshows, and leverage existing contacts to generate leads and new business opportunities.
* Create and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals through client acquisition and account expansion.
* Craft and present customized proposals aligned with client manufacturing needs and the company's capabilities.
* Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
* Track sales activities and market insights to adjust strategies and meet performance targets.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* Familiarity with product formulation and manufacturing technologies in the nutritional supplement industry.
* Experience using CRM tools to manage sales activities and customer relationships.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the contract manufacturing industry.
* Proven success in acquiring and managing B2B clients, particularly in industries requiring contract manufacturing.
* Comprehensive understanding of contract manufacturing processes, including regulatory compliance and production timelines in the nutritional space.
* Extensive network within the nutritional and supplement industry that can be leveraged for business growth.
**Estimated Salary:** $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
**Location:** Mexico, the United States, or Canada.
