Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and ensure retention and loyalty to our products.
  • Follow up on leads generated from referrals, networking, and other sources.
  • Present and clarify insurance policy options tailored to client needs and personal objectives.
  • Treat every customer interaction as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity, including financial products.
  • Employ various computer systems for daily transactions, process premium payments, review and modify policies, manage claims, and issue necessary documentation.
  • Implement strategies to re-engage with former clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.

Qualifications
  • Property and Casualty License required. Licensing costs will be fully covered for the right candidate.
  • 2+ years of office or insurance experience preferred.
  • Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client information to minimize errors.
  • Basic proficiency in computer software is essential, including Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Agency Management Systems (AMS) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently to achieve targets and prioritize daily tasks.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms to provide clear and informative responses.
  • Professional demeanor in all interactions to foster a positive work environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
