Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, resolving issues, and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
