About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Mettler-Toledo AutoChem Inc. in Columbia, Maryland. As a key member of our eMarketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global online marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the AutoChem presence on the corporate Mettler Toledo website using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Develop and implement a strategy for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Advertising (SEA).
  • Manage the web content translation process with an external translation agency.
  • Act as the primary liaison between AutoChem and the corporate eTeam, Web Development Team, and Lab Division eMarketing.
  • Regularly report, present, and collaborate with business area marketing managers on recommendations to improve eMarketing results using various analytics tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ensure Email Marketing programs are executing successfully by collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Effectively supervise eMarketing budget, analyzing activities and costs and return on investment of Website, Email Marketing, Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Social Media Marketing, Value Content Marketing, third party marketing, and other eMarketing programs and making recommendations based on the analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, chemistry, life sciences, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with content management.
  • Experience using a website Content Management System (CMS), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Analytics.
  • Understanding of lead generation.
  • Strong reporting and analytics background for digital marketing metrics.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEA, and PPC.
