Job Overview

Legal Solutions Group is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and blog posts
  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Support the gathering of client reviews and testimonials, and the development of case studies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and digital communications
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Develop and implement a deep understanding of our target audiences and market trends to inform brand strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services organization; legal industry experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including superb attention to grammar, spelling, and vocabulary
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Clear understanding of emerging tools and trends in marketing, digital communications, and social media
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle changing priorities and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary
