We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement. You will be skilled in content planning and creation, social media strategy development, and Meta Ads management. You will work closely with our CMO and marketing team to align social media efforts with larger brand and campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Oversee day-to-day management of multiple social media accounts across various platforms for multiple brands under the franchise.
  • Engagement: Actively monitor and engage with followers, ensuring high levels of interaction and customer service through comments, messages, and user-generated content.
  • Account Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow followers and increase engagement across social media platforms for all brands.
  • Content Mapping & Planning: Assist in the development of social media content calendars, including mapping out campaigns, key posts, and seasonal initiatives that align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Content Scheduling: Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure timely and consistent publishing.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (both written and visual), utilizing trending formats like Reels, Stories, and other platform-specific features while also developing original content that aligns with each brand's voice and messaging.
  • Meta Ads Management: Execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), managing budgets, audience targeting, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the CMO, marketing team, and other departments to ensure social media aligns with broader brand campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rates, and ad performance to measure the success of social media efforts and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure our brands remain relevant and competitive on all channels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably for multi-brand organizations or franchises.
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and experience running paid ad campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar platforms).
  • Expertise in content creation, with a keen eye for visual design and copywriting.
  • Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team and other departments.
  • Highly creative, with a strong sense of what content will resonate with each brand's target audience.
