CRO Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled CRO Strategist to join our team at Veterans United Home Loans. As a key member of our Marketing division, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

• Develop and execute comprehensive CRO strategies to maximize testing velocity and variation potential.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and execute projects that drive business results.
• Utilize analytics, CRM, and other data sources to identify optimization opportunities and drive business growth.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRO, and apply this knowledge to drive business results.
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders, and drive business decisions based on data-driven insights.

• 2+ years of experience in web analytics and/or data analysis.
• Strong understanding of statistics and their significance.
• Proficient in analytics strategy and Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
