About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Agent to join our team at Social Finance Ltd. as a Protection Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our members protect their financial well-being by providing expert guidance and support in the sale of insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential and current members to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and drive the entire lifecycle of the insurance sale from intake to quoting to fulfillment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the business and identify opportunities for growth
  • Assist in the operational build-out of our insurance products and services
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and help close any coverage gaps
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience selling Property & Casualty Insurance
  • Valid state active licenses in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal and sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized to meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyze members' needs and provide a tailored insurance solution
Preferred Qualifications
  • Independent agency experience working with a broad range of insurance carriers
