As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Schedule appointments and conduct presentations to potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend insurance products and services
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**

  • Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Life and Health license (required)
  • Ability to complete State Farm training upon hire
  • Ability to work office hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
  • Bilingual language skills preferred
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers
