Staff My Agency, a leading insurance agency, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Schedule appointments and conduct presentations to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
**Requirements**
- Property & Casualty license (required)
- Life and Health license (required)
- Ability to complete State Farm training upon hire
- Ability to work office hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
- Bilingual language skills preferred
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to customers
