We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medicare sales professional to join our team at SeniorQuote Insurance Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for converting high-quality inbound leads into satisfied Medicare Advantage clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master our proven sales scripts for various call types
- Match clients with optimal plans using your expert analysis
- Manage appointments and callbacks to build robust sales pipelines
- Stay compliant with CMS guidelines and industry regulations
- Consistently exceed ambitious sales targets
Requirements:
- 3+ years in telesales, with 1+ year in Medicare Advantage (inbound calls)
- Active health insurance license in NC, SC, FL, UT, TN, TX, MD
- Non-resident licenses in 10+ states
- 2025 AHIP certification (or ability to obtain before starting)
- Experience with UHC, Aetna, Cigna, and/or Wellcare contracts (preferred)
- Top-notch communication and sales skills
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Flexibility for peak season hours (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM in all time zones)
Compensation Package:
- Base rate: $18.00-$20.00/hour (based on experience and certifications)
- Lucrative per-policy and renewal commissions
- $100.00 per member brought in through self-prospecting on personal clients, family and friends
- Flexible models: 1099 or full commission for maximum earning potential
