Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Growth Strategist. As a trusted advisor, you will focus on retaining, building, and growing our current customer base. Working closely with Sales Teams, you'll act as a bridge between departments to ensure our customers succeed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating value realization plans for customers by focusing on measurable outcomes and presenting them in a way that showcases ongoing value.
  • Sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing value and minimizing the risk of churn.
  • Coordinating and facilitating internally to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Conducting and planning customer kick-offs and regular business reviews.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Consulting, or Sales.
  • The ability to align internal resources to meet and exceed customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Stellar presentation skills, client management, and written communication abilities.
  • Experience working with customers in the Retail or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) space.
  • A willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
  • The ability to manage and support your own book of business.
  • A proactive customer-driven mentality, executive presence, and strong communication skills.
  • The capacity to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change while remaining calm under pressure.
Estimated Salary

Roughly $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
