Job Title: Retail Shopper Insights & Category Manager

Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 + Bonus


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Shopper Insights & Category Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic analysis and decision-making.

Your expertise in brand-performance tracking, analytics, retail shopper insights, and category management will enable you to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective solutions to capitalize on them.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of market research and analysis.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail analytics, market research, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
