Additionally, this position involves leading new Licensee recruitment efforts, managing all aspects of licensee relationships, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling product lines, and analyzing market trends.

To excel in this role, you will require 3+ years of experience in Licensing, with a focus on Fashion & Living or a related field. Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships across departments and with external partners. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and remain adaptable to shifting priorities is also crucial. Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and analytical and strategic thinking skills will serve as valuable assets in this position.

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 annually.
