Your Role

As a Customer Care Agent, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our esteemed clientele. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a significant volume of incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and faxes, addressing customer inquiries, order updates, product details, and corrections.
  • Boost sales by introducing new and reformulated products, sharing enticing promotions, and offering comprehensive product knowledge to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams, including sales, education, and finance, to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain precise order information, confirming requested items, quantities, and pricing, while effectively communicating inventory status and expected shipping timelines.
  • Exhibit a commitment to ongoing learning, actively contributing ideas and suggestions to enhance processes and improve the customer experience.
  • Provide light administrative support, including filing, as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
  • A high school diploma is required, along with at least one year of customer service experience (preferably in the beauty sector) or one year of experience with Dermalogica.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A minimum typing speed of 35 wpm with a keen attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated team player who embraces opportunities for continuous learning and growth.

The expected base hourly rate for this position is $22.00, determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is also eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding individual performance and overall company results.
