- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Utilizing effective oral and written communication skills to ensure an excellent experience with every interaction.
- Handling inbound Omnichannel contacts from current and potential supporters, providing an exceptional donor experience.
- Addressing questions and assisting in resolving supporter concerns.
- Conducting outbound campaign contacts across Omnichannel markets.
- Delivering timely and accurate responses to supporters using their preferred communication channels, including email, text, chat, and phone.
- Actively participating in all required Contact Center training.
- Meeting or exceeding key performance metrics and quality assurance standards.
- Establishing relationships and processing applications for vehicle and other donations.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to understand and ask qualifying questions to uncover concerns and resolve supporter issues.
- Required typing speed of 40 WPM or more.
- Must pass typing, spelling, and reading comprehension assessments.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, or twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
- Ability to grasp and manipulate objects such as files and office equipment.
- Ability to communicate clearly on the telephone.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
