As a dedicated Donor Services Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Independently addressing supporter inquiries for first contact resolution.
  2. Managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  3. Employing effective verbal and written communication skills to ensure an excellent experience with every interaction.
  4. Handling inbound Omnichannel communications from current and prospective supporters, delivering an outstanding donor experience.
  5. Responding to inquiries and assisting in resolving supporter questions and concerns.
  6. Conducting outbound campaign communications to various Omnichannel markets.
  7. Providing prompt and accurate responses to supporters through their preferred communication channels, including email, text, chat, and phone.
  8. Actively participating in all required Contact Center training sessions.
  9. Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators and quality assurance standards.
  10. Establishing relationships and accurately processing applications for vehicle and other donations.

Qualifications for Consideration:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to understand and ask pertinent questions to identify and resolve supporter issues.
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher is required.
  • Must successfully complete typing, spelling, and reading comprehension assessments.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, or twist intermittently or continuously.
  • Ability to grasp and manipulate objects such as files and office equipment.
  • Clear communication on the telephone is necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Capability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
