Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing; a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience, with at least two years in an educational capacity within an acute care environment.
  • A current nursing license and preferred certifications in Staff Development or Clinical Nurse Specialist.
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous, particularly in Spanish.
