Role Summary:

At Causaly, we are developing a groundbreaking product that reshapes user engagement in biomedicine. We seek a Global Life Sciences Solutions Consultant to collaborate with our Account Executives in customer interactions aimed at driving sales. The success of Causaly hinges on expanding our customer base, and this role is integral to our market strategy, participating in the sales process from initial contact to closure. The Presales Solutions team offers scientific expertise for any client engagement linked to sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will engage throughout the sales process to identify and comprehend customer needs, employing a commercial and strategic mindset to illustrate how Causaly can enhance their workflows and mitigate project risks. You will customize customer solutions based on optimal fit and effectively communicate the scientific, operational, and business advantages of Causaly while addressing complex scientific or technical inquiries. Your efforts will aim to expedite the sales cycle while maximizing Causaly adoption.

You will possess a deep understanding of research scientists' experiences and the research tools they utilize, enabling you to compare and contrast these with Causaly's offerings. You will also conduct technical demonstrations and facilitate strategic discussions as necessary.

Engaging in technical dialogues regarding our offerings and considerations as clients design their AI strategies and ecosystems will be essential. These discussions will encompass a range of stakeholders, from digital and scientific leaders to individual scientists and bioinformaticians.

The Global Life Sciences Solutions Consultant will primarily support conferences in North America, with opportunities to assist at EMEA conferences as well. This position will also involve supporting on-site meetings with both existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications:

What We Are Seeking:

  • MSc or PhD in Biomedical or Life Sciences.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a relevant industry.
  • Strong grasp of drug discovery and development processes, basic research, and industry best practices.
  • Comprehensive understanding of technologies and tools utilized in Pharma Research.
  • Experience in selling, positioning, or implementing AI/ML software products.
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility with a scientific and technical clientele.
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proven track record of accelerating sales cycles and expanding commercial opportunities as a trusted scientific advisor.
