Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at HSS. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our physicians and patients.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our physicians, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating patient care.
- Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing staff, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless coordination of care and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and implement solutions to improve office operations and patient care.
- Team Management: Supervise and develop junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree highly desirable.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a physician office setting, with a strong background in administrative support and office operations.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to learn new software tools and systems as needed.
