Job Summary

Arch Amenities Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and meeting budget and financial goals, implementing strategic plans, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient facility management.
    • Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
    • Oversee inventory management, including supplies, equipment, and products.
  • Guest Experience
    • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and quality.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Monitor and address guest feedback and concerns.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and promote services.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of spa professionals.
    • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to staff members.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and revenue.
    • Identify areas for cost savings and implement cost-control measures.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Identify and mitigate risks to the facility and the company.
    • Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in spa management or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
    • Knowledge of spa operations, marketing, and sales principles.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Conditions

The Spa Director will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with guests, staff, and management. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Spa Director will be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and use a variety of spa equipment and tools.
