About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team at Great Northern. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in facilitating the sale of packaging products and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with outside Account Managers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate customer orders and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Interface with manufacturing and shipping personnel to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Process price quotes, orders, and customer requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and customer service goals
