Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of accounting services across all corporations within the Phoebe system.
  • Supervise the reporting group accounting team and coordinate work across departments.
  • Assist the Corporate Controller in various financial functions.
  • Identify efficiency improvement opportunities and ensure that all financial reporting meets the required standards and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and co-workers.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in fiscal management and supervisory experience in a healthcare-related entity.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • B.S. or B.A. degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting required. MBA/CPA or CMA preferred.
