Job Description

**Job Title:** Business Analyst

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Partner's Consulting, Inc. as a key member of our project management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, project management, and change management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Project Oversight:** Oversee project elements of the business case, eliciting requirements, requirements analysis, communication, testing, and training.
  • **Strategic Planning:** Assist in development and implementation of strategic and support plans.
  • **RFP Activities:** Assist with request for proposal (RFP) activities to deliver functional requirements, vendor scorecards, criteria and scoring results, and demo scenarios.
  • **Requirements Management:** Facilitate the collection and delivery of requirements, business/use cases, documentation, and test plans, cases, scripts, management, and approval.
  • **Process Improvement:** Support the execution of process improvement initiatives, creating process flow charts, value stream mapping, and related documentation.
  • **Measurement and Reporting:** Assist in the creation and use of measurement activities required to report on project effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), and other success metrics.
  • **Documentation Management:** Assist in the project documentation management based on the needs of each project.
  • **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to improve the quality of project and program delivery.
  • **Methodology Promotion:** Assist in the education and promotion of related methodologies and processes to stakeholders across the institute.
  • **Professional Development:** Perform ongoing learning and training related to business analysis, project management, and stakeholder activities.
Requirements:
  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree is required.
  • **Experience:** Three (3) to five (5) years of business analysis experience.
  • **Certifications:** Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), and/or ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) or Black Belt (CSSGB) certifications are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • **Project Management Experience:** One (1) year of project management experience in small-to-medium initiatives is preferred.
  • **Healthcare Experience:** Previous experience in a healthcare, research, or academic-related environment is preferred.
