Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional support to team members through effective communication and customer service.
- Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) processes for all US subsidiaries utilizing SAP Ariba and SAP ECC6 systems.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual A/P closings for all US subsidiaries, including the management of purchase order and invoice accruals. Ensure adherence to strict deadlines.

- Execute Journal Entries within the SAP/Hana ERP system.

- Prepare comprehensive A/P account reconciliations.

- Oversee GR/IR (Goods Received, Invoices Received) Aging by collaborating closely with the Purchasing Team and suppliers.
- Organize weekly payment runs.
- Support the administration of the Purchasing Card program.

- Assist in the review of Concur expense reports during audits.

- Complete required Governmental Reporting for US subsidiaries.

- Maintain documented policies and procedures.

- Engage in system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.

- Provide assistance during audits and other special requests as necessary.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience; A/P experience is preferred.
- Fundamental knowledge of US GAAP is essential.

  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on producing accurate work.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Work Environment
The role is primarily office-based, involving standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and filing systems. While this is mainly a sedentary position, some filing may require lifting files and standing as needed. The position may involve occasional lifting of office supplies up to 35 pounds and requires extended periods of computer use.
