**About the Role**

BlueWave Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for a diverse and interesting range of tasks, including administrative support, data entry, and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Enter data into our system with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.

**What We Offer**

  • A two-year fixed-term position with the possibility of permanent employment and a secure job.
  • 30 days of vacation with a 39-hour work week, as well as additional special leave.
  • A tariff-based and performance-based salary according to qualifications and personal requirements according to TVöD with regular tariff adjustments due to regular tariff negotiations.
