Emergency Medicine Researcher

As a researcher in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the VCU Medical Center, you will have the opportunity to engage in cutting-edge research projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the advancement of emergency medicine practice. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting impactful research and scholarly activities, generating knowledge and contributing to advancements in emergency medicine practice
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and promote patient safety and satisfaction
- Providing high-quality patient care through the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of acute medical and traumatic conditions
Requirements
* Unrestricted Virginia Medical license or ability to qualify for one
* Board certified/board eligible in Emergency Medicine; Fellowship training and/or additional subspecialty certification is desirable
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 annually.
