The Role: As a Vehicle Assembly & Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the construction and upkeep of our marine vehicles, ensuring they are prepared for their missions in challenging environments.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams in engineering, operations, and production, as well as training others in assembly and maintenance procedures.

You will also engage with clients and lead teams to execute assembly and maintenance operations, translating field experiences into product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the assembly and maintenance processes for our marine vehicle fleet, ensuring operational readiness and high uptime.
  • Travel as needed to deploy and service marine vehicles.
  • Train contractors and clients on assembly and maintenance techniques.
  • Provide feedback on improving assembly and maintenance protocols and vehicle designs.

  • Strong organizational skills and adherence to safety and process standards.

Desired Skills and Experience: Additional qualifications that would enhance performance in this role include:

  • Experience in planning and executing complex technical operations in marine or related industries.
  • Background in fast-paced environments or roles focused on serviceability and manufacturability.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair electro-mechanical systems in marine settings.
  • Familiarity with marine operations and basic vessel handling principles.

Physical Requirements: Candidates should be prepared for:

  • Willingness to travel frequently for deployments and repairs.
  • Ability to work in various physical conditions, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
