Position Title: HR Office Support
Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated students eligible for Federal Work-Study to assist in various administrative functions within the Human Resources Employment Services team. This role will play a vital part in supporting the recruitment and hiring processes, enhancing the experience for candidates and campus partners alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to manage job postings and candidate information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, addressing inquiries regarding their applications.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media to attract potential candidates.
Essential Functions:
- Input and update data within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Follow up with candidates through various communication channels.
- Support walk-in candidates during their application process.
- Conduct cleanup of job postings and candidate databases.
- Create promotional content for job opportunities.
- Assist in research efforts to enhance candidate sourcing.
- Prepare and distribute welcome packages for new candidates.
- Provide support during job fairs and recruitment events.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Currently enrolled student at Auburn University.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Students in their sophomore, junior, or senior year.
- Experience in administrative or office settings, whether through volunteer work or paid positions.
$10.00/hr - $12.00/hr
Work Hours:
20 hours per week
