Account Representative

Join Jackson Healthcare, a leading healthcare staffing company, as an Account Representative and play a vital role in increasing divisional growth by assisting Account Executives with business development. Your primary responsibility will be to generate recruiting leads for Associate Account Executives and/or Account Executives by contacting clinicians via various channels, including telephone calls, emails, text messages, and third-party site messaging.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate recruiting leads for Associate Account Executives and/or Account Executives by contacting clinicians via telephone calls, emails, text messages, and third-party site messaging.
- Receive inbound calls and inquiries from new/prospective clinicians.
- Use Marketing Cloud and Distributed Marketing email tools to source clinician leads for new open orders.
- Contact clinicians to update their profile, preferences, licensure, and certifications in the company database.
- Qualify and match clinicians to current open orders based on their availability and skills.
- Contact new clinicians upon registering on the Jackson Healthcare website or affiliated sites and educate them on our services, resources, and processes.
- Submit qualified candidates to the Associate Account Executive or Account Executive for the respective territory.
- In partnership with the AAE and/or AE, develop and maintain new and existing clinician relationships.
- Manage daily schedules of calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Achieve/exceed daily and monthly activity goals and metrics as set by their manager; exceed KPI production metrics measured by all communication activity.
- Keep management informed of area activities, significant problems, and changes in recruiting volume.
- May send appropriate targeted marketing materials to clinicians as needed.
- May serve as back-up to an Associate Account Executive and/or Account Executive as needed.
- Assist Associate Account Executives, Account Executives, and other production team members as needed.
- May work on special projects or other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous corporate experience preferred but not required.
