Role:

Our HVAC/R Technicians play a crucial role in enhancing our profession's image and reputation. We are devoted to delivering the highest standard of customer service. Our HVAC/R Technicians are responsible for performing service repairs, conducting equipment maintenance, and executing replacements for our clients as required, around the clock. Driven by hard work and integrity, our technicians ensure timely and quality repairs, uphold their equipment to the highest standards, and foster trusting relationships with our customers.

Min Compensation

USD $18.00/Hr.

Max Compensation

USD $36.00/Hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the highest level of technical expertise, quality, value, and integrity to our clients.
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration systems for commercial clients.
  • Diagnose and rectify electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.
  • Travel to job sites within the service area and collaborate with dispatch to ensure schedules are adhered to and any delays are communicated effectively to clients.
  • Be available for night or weekend shifts on a rotating basis to address emergency service needs.
  • Maintain the company vehicle, equipment, and electronics in good working order.
  • Keep stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment organized in the vehicle.
  • Document service details and parts provided to clients electronically using iPad applications.
  • Diagnose various service issues, procure necessary replacement parts, calibrate systems to manufacturer specifications, and effectively communicate the need for and benefits of recommended solutions.
  • Engage in company-sponsored training opportunities.
  • Identify and report potential opportunities for additional business, including new units/systems, preventive maintenance contracts, and supplementary services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
  • 2+ years of recent experience as an HVAC/R Technician .
  • Must reside within 30 miles of the job location.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • EPA Certification.
  • Proficient in interpreting schematics and work plans.
  • Knowledge of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills for iPad and mobile communication and documentation.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays if necessary.
