The Senior Cybersecurity Program Management Leader will oversee and direct the Technical Program Managers within our Cybersecurity Division.

In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for the successful execution of intricate, cross-functional cybersecurity projects that are essential to Procore's overall security framework.

Your leadership will guarantee that cybersecurity initiatives align with our organizational goals, and you will champion the ongoing enhancement of program management practices throughout the team.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Guide, mentor, and supervise a team of Technical Program Managers, assisting them in delivering impactful cybersecurity projects. Provide strategic guidance and professional development opportunities to elevate team performance.

Program Oversight:

Manage the execution of multiple, simultaneous cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with Procore's cybersecurity strategy.

This includes coordinating interdependencies, managing risks, and addressing challenges that could affect project success.

Strategic Alignment:

Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that cybersecurity program goals are in harmony with the company's broader strategic objectives.

Develop and implement metrics to assess and report on program success across the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Foster collaboration across various teams and departments, ensuring that cybersecurity initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the broader organizational processes.

Act as the primary liaison for cybersecurity program management within the organization.

Communication and Reporting:
Serve as the key communication link between cybersecurity teams and executive leadership. Provide clear, concise, and actionable updates on the status, risks, and outcomes of cybersecurity initiatives.

Process Improvement:
Promote continuous enhancement in program management methodologies, tools, and processes within the cybersecurity sector. Encourage innovation and the adoption of best practices to improve program delivery and team efficiency.

Key Qualifications:


Experience: 8+ years in program management, with at least 5 years focused on managing enterprise-wide cybersecurity or technology initiatives.


Leadership:
Proven leadership capabilities, with a history of managing and developing high-performing teams. Ability to inspire and motivate team members to reach ambitious objectives.

Strategic Vision:

Strong capacity to align program goals with overall business strategy, ensuring that cybersecurity initiatives yield significant impact for the organization.


Communication:

Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to present complex information to executive leadership and influence decision-making.


Problem-Solving:
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve complex issues, and deliver incremental value in a dynamic environment.

Technical Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of cybersecurity domains and principles, with the capability to effectively oversee the implementation of security initiatives.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
