Position: Personal Assistant

Location: The Blake at Colonial Club

We are currently seeking dedicated Personal Assistants with a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license to provide specialized support in Memory Care. These positions are available in both full-time and part-time capacities, featuring 8-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver companionship and assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' health and complete daily documentation to track their progress.
  • Facilitate memory and performance enhancement programs for residents.
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed.
  • Assist with dining services as directed by the leadership team.
  • Engage residents in activities that promote happiness and well-being.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for serving others and a caring disposition.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred, subject to state regulations.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in working with older adults is preferred.
