We are seeking a proficient Healthcare Support Specialist to contribute to our operations at North Pacific Dermatology Medical. In this role, you will be essential in managing both administrative and clinical responsibilities, facilitating the efficient functioning of our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage all administrative tasks
  • Assist medical personnel by executing routine clinical procedures
  • Engage with insurance providers for billing and authorization processes
  • Guide patients to examination rooms and aid in patient intake procedures
  • Administer injections as required
  • Support patient examinations, surgical interventions, follow-up appointments, and post-operative care

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or a related discipline
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and proficient computer skills
  • Detail-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills
