Position Overview:


The Sales Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our North American sales teams while coordinating efforts with international offices.

This position is responsible for overseeing the management, execution, and fulfillment of retail products to guarantee timely and precise delivery. Key responsibilities include dispatching product samples and merchandise to sales representatives, distributor partners, direct-to-retail accounts, end consumers, and marketing agencies. We are currently implementing a hybrid work model, and only local candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Product Sample Coordination


Assist the Sales Team in managing designated accounts, which includes onboarding new clients, tailoring marketing initiatives for retailers, coordinating purchase orders, tracking sales activities, and generating sales reports.


Act as a liaison between new clients (retailers, distributors, sales representatives, and agents) and the Finance team to finalize onboarding documentation.

Facilitate the vendorization process for customers by collaborating with internal departments (Sales, Finance, and Legal) to ensure compliance with all requirements.

Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to process and ship domestic orders efficiently.

Adhere to the guidelines and requirements outlined in various retailer routing manuals for product shipments.

Oversee and maintain retailer-specific systems and portals (e.g., Walmart's RetailLink, Target, GameStop, etc.).

Work in tandem with the e-Commerce team to ensure alignment with product strategies (e.g., MAP pricing, product exclusives, etc.).


Manage all facets of sales samples and their distribution between international offices and from the sales team to distributors, retailers, and customers.

Support Finance and Administration in verifying stock accuracy and reporting discrepancies.

Control incoming and outgoing inventory and maintain accurate records.

Conduct quality control checks (customer returns/spot inspections).

Identify and report on slow-moving inventory.

Showroom & Trade Show Coordination

Plan, coordinate, and set up trade shows effectively.

Collaborate with third-party vendors to design, plan, and construct exhibition booths.

Manage the product showroom and inventory to ensure availability for sales requests and customer replenishment needs.

Product Development Engagement

Participate in product briefings regarding new product development and ongoing projects.

Collaborate with marketing, account management, and creative teams to develop innovative product and marketing campaigns.
