Position Summary:
This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to our North American sales teams while collaborating with international offices. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the effective management, execution, and delivery of retail products, ensuring precision and timely distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Product Sample Assistance:
    Support the Sales Team in managing designated accounts, facilitating new customer onboarding, tailoring marketing strategies for retailers, processing purchase orders, tracking sales activities, and generating sales reports.
  • Act as a liaison between new clients (retailers, distributors, sales representatives, and agents) and the Finance team to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Assist in the vendorization process by coordinating with internal departments (Sales, Finance, and Legal) to meet compliance standards.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient processing and shipping of domestic orders.
  • Follow guidelines and specifications as outlined in retailer routing documents for product shipments.
  • Manage retailer-specific systems and online platforms effectively.
  • Collaborate with the e-Commerce team to align product strategies.
  • Oversee all aspects of sales samples and deliveries between international offices and from the sales team to various stakeholders.
  • Assist in validating stock accuracy and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing inventory and perform quality control checks on customer returns.

Showroom & Trade Show Coordination:
Plan and execute trade shows, collaborating with external vendors to design and construct exhibition booths. Manage the product showroom and inventory to meet sales requests efficiently.

Product Development Participation:
Engage in product briefings for new developments and ongoing projects, brainstorming with marketing and creative teams to devise innovative product and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 2+ years of relevant experience, though recent graduates with pertinent internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with retail buyers and seasonal products is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Language skills and experience in logistics and e-commerce are advantageous.
