Job Overview

The Vehicle Rental Sales Specialist serves as the primary sales representative for renting vehicles to existing commercial rental accounts and potential customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Marketing: Manage inbound and outbound sales processes, execute marketing strategies, maintain accurate data in the marketing database, and maximize rental opportunities.
  • Operations & Asset Management: Oversee profitability and operations of the rental location, ensuring customer satisfaction through coordination with various departments.
  • Customer Relations: Foster and grow customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction for all customers.
  • Communication: Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

Additional Duties

  • On a voluntary basis, you may be required to serve as an On-Call Representative based on scheduling needs.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
