Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Expand customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver exceptional results in your assigned territory.
  • Customer Excellence: Secure orders and quotes, building lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Strategic Impact: Plan and execute dynamic schedules to maximize territory coverage and make a significant impact.
  • Showcase Brilliance: Deliver samples, set up displays in customer showrooms, and be the face of QDI Surfaces.
  • Transparent Reporting: Provide accurate activity/call reports, contributing to the strategic vision of the team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful outside sales experience.
  • Industry Mastery: Minimum 3 years in the flooring industry, demonstrating your expertise.
  • Organization and Detail: Impeccable attention to detail, showcasing your organizational prowess.
  • Work Ethic: Strong relationship-building skills and a dedicated work ethic.
  • Problem Solver: Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel within the state.
