Account Executive IT Consulting Services

LRS Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team in the Dallas, TX area. Our aggressive growth plans have created an exciting opportunity for the right salesperson looking to chart their course and create their success.

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the primary face-to-face contact with named accounts in the Chicago territory. Your goal will be to secure the sale of information technology services and solutions within these accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed your sales plan goal by achieving the annual minimum gross profit sales objective based on your region through closed staffing sales.
  • Learn and execute LRS' sales methodology by understanding the value of our staffing services and scheduling targeted face-to-face meetings within the first 3 months via telephone, in-person, and social media.
  • Create a pipeline of service opportunities by developing a pipeline by the end of the first five months to meet the required weekly staffing requirements and monthly wins.
  • Stay current on IT and Engineering needs by managing relationships within your territory to understand and address customers' needs, maintaining an ongoing dialogue with customers and prospects.
  • Develop relationships with new and potential clients by handling follow-up calls and meetings efficiently to move prospects towards closing business, converting meeting information into new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and utilize electronic records by keeping accurate records of clients and opportunities in our ATS, reviewing them with LRS management during periodic territory reviews.
Requirements
  • At least two years of staff augmentation sales experience for enterprise-level companies.
  • Effectively written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have permanent authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsorship is available.
  • Must reside in the DFW area.
  • Stronger candidate if you have prior IT staffing experience and your account experience is within the territory for this position.

Salary range: $100k -150k+ total compensation. This salary range represents base salary, draw, and on-target earnings in the first year. The base salary will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The total compensation will vary depending on performance and has the potential for substantially more than the range posted. The range listed is just one component of LRS' total compensation package for employees.
