Luxury Bath Technologies is seeking an experienced Confirmation Call Center Manager to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, hiring, training, and managing Call Center Representatives, and achieving weekly and monthly quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Hire, train, and manage Call Center Representatives
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage sales reps' schedules
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
