Job Description

As a Customer Service Specialist at BCforward, you will play a key role in assisting clients with their accounts payable inquiries. You will be responsible for taking phone calls and responding to chats and emails in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, chat, and email
  • Assist clients with accounts payable inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of call center experience
  • Strong computer and phone skills, with the ability to use web-based applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
