Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Management Specialist to join our team at La Frontera Center Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of behavior management techniques and a passion for working with at-risk adolescents and their families.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health counseling and experience working with children and families in crisis. They will be responsible for providing direct support to adolescents and families, facilitating groups and meetings, and working collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
