We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Contract Logistics Sales to join our team at CS Recruiting. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the Contract Logistics business across the US and Mexico.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed budgeted sales goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the Contract Logistics business in size and scale.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing account plans to penetrate and grow existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Operations, and Operational Excellence, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market analysis to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Ensure that all sales activities are aligned with company goals and objectives, and that sales performance is measured and reported regularly.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the contract logistics industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas at a relevant scale.
- Significant sales experience, including leading and managing a team of sales professionals.
- Experience in contract logistics industry across multiple verticals, including experience selling logistics services in the US and Mexico.
- Exposure to and working knowledge of all facets of contractual requirements.
- Degree or equivalent in business administration or transport/logistics.
