Key Responsibilities:- Lead the sales team in achieving revenue growth targets

- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members
- 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth
- 5+ years of leadership experience, with a strong track record of developing and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
