Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties as a Senior Process Engineer will include:

  • Developing and leading redesign initiatives to improve business processes
  • Managing assigned complex projects involving multiple business process segments
  • Completing integrated process analyses to identify procedural and control deficiencies
  • Consulting with team members to understand, influence, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration
  • Making decisions and resolving issues to meet business objectives
  • Interpreting policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Receiving direction from leaders and exercising independent judgment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 4+ years of Process Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education. You should also possess a BS/BA degree or higher, knowledge of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software, and Agile change skills such as CSM or CPO. Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additionally, you should have experience in virtual leadership, collaboration, and partnering, as well as familiarity with financial services industry and Agile tools like JIRA and Visio.
