Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to enhance our manufacturing operations. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

About the Job: The successful candidate will create and maintain CAD drawings, generate 3D models using SolidWorks, and develop project schedules. They will also investigate process improvements, validate equipment installations, and lead Kaizen events.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
  3. Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  4. Participate in plant safety and environmental initiatives

Required Skills:
  • BS degree in Engineering
  • 5-10 years of work experience
  • Expertise in mechanics, equipment, metal forming, and finishing processes
  • Familiarity with Lean tools and applications
  • Proven experience in 3D Modeling
