Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Unified Communications Network Engineer with a passion for designing and implementing conferencing and collaboration solutions using commercial and standards-based technologies. As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Design and deploy unified communications systems for key decision makers
  • Grow your knowledge of emerging technologies and propose innovative approaches to address unique sponsor challenges
  • Collaborate with technical specialists in other fields as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Mentor early career staff and provide technical guidance and support

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in information science and technology, computer science, or a related field
  • At least ten years of experience in developing and deploying Unified Communications solutions
  • Demonstrated skill in designing, deploying, and configuring session border controllers and managing voice and video gateways
  • Familiarity with industry standards like SIP, XMPP, MGCP, and RTP
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to document design decisions in written formats
