We are seeking a talented Network Engineer to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our network operations team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our global WAN/LAN network infrastructure.

**Job Summary:**

This role involves providing assistance in all aspects of network management, from network design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of existing networks. You will analyze and evaluate networks, identify issues, and provide solutions to ensure networks are operating efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide assistance in all aspects of network management, including design, implementation, and maintenance of global WAN/LAN network infrastructure
  • Analyze and evaluate networks to identify issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitor network and telecommunications systems performance and respond to anomalies and issues according to defined procedures
  • Assist in deployment of VoIP, video teleconference (VTC), and plain-old telephone systems (POTS)
  • Interface and communicate with network operations centers of external providers as needed

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college is required; five years of network engineering experience may be substituted for a degree
  • Polygraph level clearance is required
  • Experience with support of large-scale efforts to execute deployment, maintenance, and operations of data networks
  • Knowledge of common network devices (switches, routers, patch panels, etc.), videoconferencing (VTC) endpoints, core VTC equipment, VoIP implementation, and telephony
  • Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Meeting Server experience preferred

**Estimated Salary:** $72,150.00 - $130,425.00 per year. The salary range provided is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
