About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist - Network Engineer to join our team at Leidos. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' communications networks.

Responsibilities
  • COMSEC Equipment and Software Management: Perform installation, operation, and maintenance of COMSEC equipment and software, ensuring they meet security standards.
  • Policies and Procedures Enforcement: Enforce COMSEC policies and procedures in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Risk Assessment and Management: Assess and manage risks associated with communications security.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of COMSEC material, including keying equipment and cryptographic keys, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments and external organizations to ensure seamless communication and compliance with COMSEC requirements.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Currently possess and maintain one of the following certifications: Network+ or equivalent approved by customer.
  • Security Clearance: Required TS/SCI w/Poly.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
