Salary
$50,050.00 - $90,475.00
The salary range for this position is competitive and based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Job Description
As a Network Security Specialist on our team, you will be responsible for performing Windows domain admin duties, including installation, operation, and maintenance of COMSEC equipment and software. You will ensure these systems meet security standards and enforce COMSEC policies and procedures in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
You will also assess and manage risks associated with communications security, maintain accurate inventory of COMSEC material, and collaborate with other departments and external organizations to ensure seamless communication and compliance with COMSEC requirements.
Additionally, you will investigate and report any COMSEC incidents, breaches, or anomalies, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications: No demonstrated experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Network Engineer (NE) Skill Level 0
The ideal candidate will possess one of the following certifications: Network+, or equivalent approved by customer.
