Responsibilities:- Supervise the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site, ensuring seamless execution of security protocols and procedures.
- Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors, including hiring, training, and development to ensure top-notch performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored security solutions to meet their expectations.
- Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client sites, meeting or exceeding financial and operational goals while providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations promptly and professionally, ensuring the safety and security of people and property.
- Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience.
- At least two years of business management/operations/supervisory experience, depending on the size and scope of the client.
- Ability to develop and grow customer relationships, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff, with a proven track record of success.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented management environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, and a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis.
- Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
- Enrollment in our company's 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.
- Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly, with unused vacation paid out where required by law.
